I oppose the passage of this bill and support Councilman Tim Richardson.The County Council fails to consider peer reviewed
documentation and continues to accept at face value observations from non-scientific sectors. I have read numerous articles
circulated from some of these groups only to see excerpts taken out of context they feel support their agenda. Presently,this Bill
addresses parks, but we all know it will encroach on agriculture.
