Subject: PLEASE PASS Bill 91, D2 limiting use of glyphosate
Aloha,
As a garden teacher and beach enthusiast in Iona, this legislation will help Hawaii County become better stewards of
our lands, waters, and air. Hawaii's government should not be making money off the selling and permitting of Round-
Up as is our current practice. I urge you to pass this stream-lined, compromise-laden legislation as soon as I
possible. Our County should become the first to denounce our state's reliance on unsustainable poisons, pushed by
corporate profits, in regulating a practice as natural as weed removal.
