My name is Karen Sheff I am from Kona, in Hawaii. co
I am testifying in support of Bill 91.
Bill 91 will BAN Glyphosate in County Parks and facilities. Getting glyphosate-
based pesticides out of County Parks and Recreational Facilities is moving in the
right direction. It is great to know that Parks and Recreation is already trying to
move in this direction as a collaborative effort. It is an easy line to see how it
impacts us all and especially our children.
A playground is a safe sanctuary space for families. It must provide our children
the support of regenerative self care without being exposed to poison.
Please support a better future for us all. No more Glyphosate in County Parks &
let's give our keikis a better play space.
