Regarding Bill 91 - Banning herbicide use by the County Department of Parks and Recreation

I Oppose Bill 91 banning the use of herbicides aka glyphosate.
The County already took steps more than 2 years ago to curb herbicide use,
and the County has already cut back use of the herbicide. I don't feel it is necessary to make it into an
ordinance. Doing so, may lead to banning it's use for farmers and ranchers. All pesticides should be applied in a
safe manner, following label instructions, in order to be safe.
• It does nothing but give the activists leverage to come after ranchers and farmers, and they will; it's not "if'
it's when).
• Gives the public a false sense of fear and security instead of leading with science and data.
