SUBJECT: Discussion Regarding Board and Commission Nominees
By means of this communication, I am requesting 30 minutes to discuss establishing a clear
process regarding the appearance of board and commission nominees at Council.
The goal is to be able to consistently communicate to nominees as to whether or not their
presence is required at Council meetings, and to optimize the nomination process.
