AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 21-39, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2021 TO JUNE 30, 2022.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 21-39, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Waianuenue Avenue Bridge Modernization — County $ 517,500

Waianuenue Avenue Bridge Modernization — Fed $ 1,656,000
(110.388.5381.71)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 517,500
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
Federal Grants Receivable
$ 1,656,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
