Corporation) (Area: Approx. 9.091 acres). Allows the applicant to develop 90 units of

Bill 105: Amends Chapter 18, Article 4, Section 18-90 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983
(2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating to Fares for Public Transportation. Establishes a
temporary suspension of fares for all mass transit fixed routes and paratransit services until
December 31, 2023. The fare suspension will not apply to County-contracted shared-ride
services, curb-to-curb van services operated by the Department of Parks and Recreation, or
non-fixed bus services provided in partnership with non-profit organizations. Ayes: Council
Members Chung, Inaba, Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Kimball, Lee Loy, Richards,

Bill 108: Amends Ordinance No. 21-38, as Amended,the Operating Budget for the County of
Hawai`i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2022. Appropriates revenues in Federal Grants—
Hazard Mitigation Grant Program-Shoreline and Riparian Setbacks Hawai`i County account
($13,500), and appropriates same to Hazard Mitigation Grant Program-Shoreline and Riparian
