Pursuant to HRS § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney-client confidential discussion, in
executive session, to consult with the County Council on questions and issues pertaining to its
powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities regarding the above-entitled matter,
including a discussion regarding a claim submitted by Joseph Rosenbaum on behalf of his client,
Ian Seely.
