SUBJECT: Request for a report and discussion on the National Association of Counties Legislative
Conference from Hawaii council members attending the February 11-16, 2022, event
in Washington D.C.
This memorandum is being submitted to request a 30-minute presentation from participating council
members of the NACo Legislative Conference followed by 15-minutes for questions and answers on
the conference content, meetings with Hawai`i's congressional delegation, and other information
relevant to Hawaii County.
Please place this item on the appropriate Committee agenda on February 22, 2022.
