Dear Chairman Domingo :
The Planning Department and the Corporation Counsel have spent
considerable time revising the enclosed draft ordinance. The
revisions made satisfy Corporation Counsel and reduces red tape by
' affording the Counties a means to amend State Land Use District
boundaries for land areas of fifteen acres or less, except those
lands within the State Land Use Conservation District.
