I ami opposed to Leeward' Planning Commission nominee, ME Shane Vincent as a viabile
member to,this Commission due to,his ties to development and construction management in the
very locate;regiion and I do not foresee he would be iimnpartiall as a public servant to tend to the
needs of the community in ITS best interest.As you are aware, Vincent Shane owns Vincent
Construction Management, -whilch operates in the jurisdiction where he, as a commissioner, will
be making recommendations and decisions,.Not prudent,

I strongly oppose Shane Vincent to be added as a commissioner to the Leeward Planning
Commission.
