Re: Amend Bill 117 K,

Bill 117 was transmitted to Council on January 21, 2022 to amend the Operating Budget
by increasing the General Fund's Fund Balance from Previous Year account and 00
appropriating it to various department's expenditure accounts. The Department of
Finance wishes to amend Bill 117 in order to make the following changes (material to be
deleted is bracketed and stricken; material to be added is underscored):
SECTION 1. Ordinance No.21-38,as amended,is hereby further amended by increasing revenues in the
