Aloha, I hope I have gotten under the wire with being able to offer testimony
on this action, and accidentally sent this testimony to the oral testimony
address.
I am a Kona resident and I would like to see more municipal composting and
recycling made available to the public. I live in a condo building that only
offers remedial recycling and no composting, and there is no recycling
whatsoever in Kona Town. I believe more needs to be done to incentivize
recycling and composting that is convenient and easier for the public in
