Subject: AGAINST centralized composting facility
Aloha ouncilebers!
Members of the community such as myself have FOR YEARS advocated for
'distributed composting facilities throughout the districts', and NOT a
centralized facility with all the hauling and wasted time and fuel attendant to
such a proposed scheme.
Please keep to the vision of fulfilling a dire need for many who find this
'resource' desirable near their own 'backyards'. Hold out for the money to
make this happen in the fashion of a circular economy; or perhaps even
save that money entirely if R&D can land a much bigger, second-round
grant for food security!
