The last thing this island needs is more large lumbering trucks tearing up the tax payer roads. Distributed composting facilities will get more utilization and participation. Keep 'servicewear' out of composting facilities. If were a farmer and found servicewear "compostable", or otherwise in the compost I was utilizing I would rather annoyed. Don't rubbish the compost. Please revisit the recommendation(s) of Rich Flammer, the composting consultant for the first Hawaii County Zero Waste Plan. Mr. Flammer has set up composting operations for decades in California.
