Re: Resolution for multi-year agreement
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year,
for a support and maintenance agreement for the ShoreTel phone system for the Office of
the Prosecuting Attorney. The annual cost will be approximately $14,650. A multi-year
agreement will provide the potential for cost savings.

To enter a multi-year(60 months) support and maintenance plan-for our department's Shor6Tel phone
system (VOI P system).
