Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement to accept these funds. Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $160,000 to the Planning Department's Coastal Zone Mgmt account. The Planning Department requests that this resolution and bill be waived from the Finance Committee and placed on the on the February 23, 2022 Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt of funds.
