SUBJECT: Bill No. 101, Draft 2; AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STATE LAND USE
BOUNDARIES MAPS FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII BY CHANGING
THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM THE AGRICULTURAL TO THE
URBAN DISTRICT AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII TAX MAP

Attached is Bill No. 101, Draft 2.
On February 9, 2022, Bill No. 101 was amended by the Council with the contents of
Communication 550.2 and passed at second and final reading.
The Council suspended its Rule No. 24-1(e), which states that a bill amended at final reading
shall not also be acted upon in final form until the next regular meeting. As indicated in
Communication 550.2,the amendment is limited to "Exhibit 'A"'by properly labeling a street
name that was incorrectly referred to in the original draft.
