Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney-client
confidential discussion, in executive session, to consult with the County Council on
questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and
liabilities regarding the above-referenced Civil Claim#21-0036, which Jamae K. K.
Kawauchi, Esq. submitted to the Office of the County Clerk on behalf of her client,
Chadwick Fukui, on or around July 7, 2021.
We ask that this matter be placed on the Council's March 9, 2022 agenda.
