Re: Bill No. 111, Draft 4; an Ordinance Amending Chapter 19, Article 11, Section
19-90, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating
to Real Property Taxes
Attached, please find Bill No. 111, Draft 4. Bill No. 111, Draft 3, was amended to Draft 4 with
the contents of Communication No. 589.9 and approved by the Council on second and final
reading on March 9, 2022.
The Council also suspended Rule No. 24-1(e) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires the holdover of a bill amended on final reading, and adopted Bill
No. 111, Draft 3, as amended to Draft 4.
