Pursuant to Section 2-181(5)(b), Hawaii County Code, allowable expenditures for public
purposes under the Geothermal Relocation and Community Benefits program shall be made in
accordinance with appropriations adopted by the Council through recommendations from the
Planning Director.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 328-22,
and recommends its adoption.
