Re: Transmitting Bill No. 132, Draft 2; an Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance of
General Obligation Bonds of the County of Hawai'i for the Purpose of Funding
All or a Portion of the Costs of Various Improvement Projects; Fixing the Form,
Denominations, and Certain Other Details of Such Bonds and Providing for Their
Sale to the Public; and Authorizing the Taking of Other Actions Relating to the
Issuance and Sale of the Bonds.
Attached please find Bill No. 132, Draft 2. Bill No. 132 was amended with the contents of
Communication No. 654.1 and forwarded to Council with a favorable recommendation by the
Committee on Finance on March 9, 2022.
Exhibit A of Communication No. 654 was also amended by Communication No. 654.1, which is
attached with the amendments incorporated therein.
