Re: Amend Resolution 348-22
Please see below proposed amendments to Resolution No. 348-22, updating the number
of buses being donated from twelve (12)to thirteen(13). The proposed amendments are
shown in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 348-22,
material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is bolded
and underscored.
1. The title is amended to read as follows:
"RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DONATION OF
[TWELVE (12)] THIRTEEN (13) BUSES FROM THE CITY AND COUNTY OF
HONOLULU DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES"
2. The first WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS, the City and County of Honolulu Department of Transportation
Services is [: -. '-: •• thirteen (13) 1997 40-foot.[tilling] Gillig Phantom
buses to the County of Hawai`i's Mass Transit Agency; and"
3. The third WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS,the estimated value of this donation is [$50,000]$54,000; and
