Contingency Relief funds from Council District I will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to the Island of Hawaii YMCA for the Kalamapi'i PLAY
School.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,500 from the Clerk-Council Services–
