REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
Dear Chairwoman David:
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County
Council on questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties,privileges, immunities and
liabilites regarding the above-referenced automobile accident claim occurring on or about April
30, 2021, submitted by The Hertz Corporation.
We ask that this claim be put on the Council's April 6, 2022 agenda.
