This location is to be used for access to Whittington Beach Park and for <br /> public park purposes including, but not limited to picnicking,parking, permitted camping <br /> and community events. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County to enter into a ten-year, multi-year lease <br /> agreement with First Right to Purchase with Hamakua Land and Cattle, LLC for the <br /> location described above.
