The Waimea Preservation Association, a nonprofit organization, <br /> desires to negotiate a multi-year lease of this property for use as a historical resource <br /> center. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to negotiate the lease (with <br /> renewal options for additional terms) of this real property with the Waimea Preservation <br /> Association. This resolution also authorizes the Mayor of the County of Hawaii to <br /> execute said lease agreement on behalf of the County of Hawaii, following approval by <br /> the Council. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Hamana Ventura from the <br /> Department of Finance's Property Management division at 961-8009. <br /> Deanna S.
