Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 139, reports as follows:

Bill No. 139, transmitted by the Finance Director Deanna S. Sako via Communication No. 677
dated March 4, 2022, amends Ordinance No. 21-3 8, as amended, the Operating Budget for the
County of Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.
This bill increases revenues in the Federal Grants—Mainstream Voucher Administration account
($45,000); and appropriates the same to the Office of Housing Other Current Expenses account,
for a total appropriation of$51,679. a
There was no discussion on the measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 139, and
recommends its passage on first reading.
