Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 140, reports as follows:

Bill No. 140,transmitted by the Finance Director Deanna S. Sako via Communication No. 678
dated March 4, 2022, amends Ordinance No. 21-38, as amended,the Operating Budget for the
County of Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.
This bill appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants—Home Program—Tenant Based Rental
Assistance Fraud Recovery Income account($5,000); and appropriates the same to the Horne
Program—Tenant Based Rental Assistance Fraud Recovery Income Account.
There was no discussion on the measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 140, and
recommends its passage on first reading.
