My testimony is questions.
Please be transparent in what is planned, who is planning it, etc. etc.
Will the facility be able to host large scale spay/neuter clinics, education sessions, and other
proactive
preventative animal population reduction programs ?
Where will the facility be located ?
Has site been selected ?
Is the County dealing with the WH Shipman Ltd in any land lease plan ( I hope not) ?
"Adds the Police East Hawaii Animal Control Facilities and Renovations project for $2 million to the Capital
Budget. Funds for this project shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund—Fund
Balance and/or Other Sources.
