This tyranny MUST END! The government is NOT above God or the people! Numerous Countries have ended ALL }
mandates, downgraded to an endemic protocol and Hawaii MUST be Next!
You took an oath to defend the constitution and protect it against foreign and domestic threats. We have had a
domestic threat against our freedoms for two years and it's well overdue for you to STAND-UP for the people!!!
The Covid vaccine has been forced upon the people through coercion which is a violation of our human rights and the
Nuremberg Code of 1947. There shall be no experimental medical trials done to/on anyone without consent or
coercion through loss of access to goods and services, or threat against livelihood. Those who have been a part of this
coercion will should be reprimanded and held accountable for the destruction that has been done in the last 22
months.
According to the CDC VAERS website, this vaccine, which you are coercing and mandating for children, has killed
and injured more people than ALL the FDA approved vaccines put together in the history of the FDA!
Hawaii's legislative branch has not only violated human rights, by not honoring your oath of office, but you are
complicit in harassment and discrimination against the people by threatening businesses who honor human rights and
medical freedom by allowing people to shop mask free or enter without a vaxx card or 48 hour test. There is no
science that masks work against viruses. In fact, the opposite is true! This virus is so small it escapes right through it.
It says on the side of all mask coverings packaging that a mask does not protect against a virus including C-19.
Big box stores like Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Safeway are allowing people to shop mask free. Government
threats of fines have scared smaller stores into violating human rights. There has been harassment and discrimination
against those who honor their freedom to breath fresh air and go into their store without a mask.
The government should never tell people what to do with their bodies or force them to show private medical
paperwork of any kind, especially to the general public. That has always been private information and should
continue to be. The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) ensures this privacy and
the constitutional right of an individual to share that information or not.
I ask this legislative body to start upholding your oath to defend and support the constitution and end this tyranny
against the people. STOP dishonoring the millions who've fought and died for our freedoms!
People are not just dropping dead from this virus. In fact, more people, including myself have gotten sick and gotten
well through our own due diligence in keeping ourselves healthy which is our Kuleana NOT the governments!
The C-19 vaccine and boosters do not provide the type of protection that would make a person immune from
acquiring, spreading or dying from Covid! Currently we are seeing a high risk for vaccine injury which Big Pharma
has ZERO liability for!!! The pharmaceutical companies have not been forthright with their data and/or ingredients
within their product,therefore there is no possibility of any informed consent. However, this therapeutic that has been
made available should be used/considered as such through personal choice whether one would like to take the chance
and use it, instead of other available ways to decrease the severity of this virus and other diseases humans are subject
to on a daily basis. Freedom of choice is the idea here and accountability for ones individual health assessments.

I humbly ask again, that this legislative branch do what the people voted you into office to do. That is the duty to
uphold your oath of office and stand-up for our constitutional freedoms and rights!
The Governor is not the sole ruler of Hawaii. Governor Ige has overstepped his bounds and it's up to you to rein him
in and remind him that he works for the people!
