Aloha Hawaii County Council, Mayor, and personnel- PCR Testing and Spending is a waste of taxpayers money!! Why?
1. Dr. Kary Mullis, inventor of the PCR-Polymerase Chain Reaction technology,who won the Nobel Prize for his invention. He told
and reminded all person in medical, biological,virology all fields of science who may use his technology of all it's capabilities and
what it cannot do. He explained in detail that the PCR can only detect fragments and amplify large enough to view. But, you only
amplify fragments pieces of anything using cycle thresholds-CTs. When COVID began the CDC, FDA and WHO had full knowledge of
the PCR's capabilities. How would it be possible that heads of these organizations tasked with the health and safety of the world, let
alone Hawaii County NOT know? I am the PROOF that I did research and gained knowledge about the PCR and so are all of you.
The premise is the consumer beware.We are consumers mandated, if we bear responsibility to know the product(s)we purchase
and utilize for best results.This is my testimony.
Hawaii County Council Members were all of you responsible to research the PCR Test product? Do you know how it works,what it's
capabilities are, what can it do, is it safe for human use and what is the fair value ($$$)to the people of Hawaii County and did the
PCR test succeed?
Safe for human consumption or use have been researched and it's finding may be that there are ingredients past and present in the
PCR Test that may be a safety hazard for all people young and old.Therefore,the health and safety identified in the Hawaii County
Charter Section 3-11. Emergency Ordinances. "....meet the public emergencies affecting life, health or property." Section 10-8
Appropriations: Supplemental and Emergency. "To meet a public emergency affecting life, health or property."Two sections of the
Hawaii County Charter states "affecting life, health, property" which relates to the PCR Test not capable to detect COVID-19
therefore, manipulating&creating an "Emergency"determined by false positive cases of COVID-19 infected population only.The
SARS CoV-2 virus was not isolated therefore,flu-like cases are the only answer to what is may be happening.
Answers:
1. It does not work per Dr Mullis,the inventor. He said the PCR can only amplify fragments dead or live. It cannot detect live or
infectious viruses. He staid this test should NOT be used for humans only in specialized laboratories. But, unfortunately Dr Kary
Mullis died approx 3 months before COVID.There are publications and interviews by Dr Mullis on how the PCR works.
2. The CDC, FDA&WHO (World Health Organization)all had previous knowledge that the PCR did not work,yet they not only
selected,approved it's use but also manipulated the CT calibration.They approved a high setting above 30 CTs (cycle
thresholdswhich determines the amplifying power.The higher the number of CT the stronger amplification that results in viewing or
finding thousands of dead fragments that may be from your previous dead flu or common cold virus fragments, not a live or not an
infectious viruses the CDC, FDA and the WHO was suppose to find, control&medically treat.
3. Researchers, medical doctors,scientists and lawyers worldwide, not just myself&others, have extensively researched the PCR
Test and their findings are what I am presenting in my testimony today. Currently there is an international grand jury proceedings by
hundreds if not thousands of witnesses,whistleblowers, scientists, medical doctors, lawyers, military servicemen&women, a
mortician and more experts. It's an international complaint by the citizens of the UK for deaths and injuries by the COVID-19 vaccines
(which are not vaccines).This case is built in 4 main facts,the first fact is that the PCR Test is fraudulent, it does not work, it was used
to manipulate, promote and implement not FDA approved "vaccines" by the FDA issuing Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs)to
Pfizer, Moderna,AsteZeneca&Johnson &Johnson.As I mentioned the COVID-19 vaccines are NOT vaccines.
Important to know: 1. How much money did the Hawaii County allocate and spend for using the PCR test that does not detect live or
infectious viruses and DOES NOT WORK?
4. When did implementation of the PCR Test begin & how much did it cost per person, and who paid for each test e.g.the public,the
government state,county or federal, private insurance,etc?
5. Who, representing Hawaii County, bears responsibilities for selecting the PCR Test?
S.Were there any examinations, research or disclosures for ingredients or contents of the PCR swabs?Were there any disclosures
for medical or allergy side effects?
In conclusion:there is no COVID-19 pandemic,the PCR test does not work,the COVID-19 vaccines are NOT vaccines and the COVID-
19 mandates are illegal, harmful, may be life threatening and more. If any of you care about your responsibilities to the people of
Hawaii island and humanity-please research the answers or ask.
