The COVID-19 mandates must end immediately! Any EO or bill that is in direct conflict with
Hawaii state and United States Constitutions must be challenged vigorously!
The following are in direct violation of the first and fourth amendments of the US Constitution:
® Lockdowns have not decreased the mortality rate during the pandemic. In fact, lockdowns
have caused businesses to shutdown losing tremendous amounts of revenue. Many
businesses remain closed. Thousands have lost their jobs because of it leading to record
high in federal assistance cases.
Masks do not work! COVID-19 is an airborne virus where its particles are as tiny as 0.1
micron which is smaller than the diameter of a human hair. Surgical and cloth masks have
weave that are too large allowing the virus to pass through. The use of N95 masks will only
restrict a wearer's ability to breathe in vital oxygen causing hypoxia; therefore, requiring
students to wear N95 masks for a full school day is abusive! Masks are just muzzles keeping
individuals from speaking freely. Masks obstructs one's ability to see facial expressions and
hear proper enunciation of the spoken language which has negatively affected learning and
the development of social skills among school-aged children.
• Social distancing or keeping six feet apart is not based in science. The six feet distance was
based on individuals sneezing or coughing, but it didn't take into account that the airborne
particles can travel past six feet!
• COVID-19 has a 99.98% recovery rate among healthy children and young adults age 30
years old and under. We should be having conversations about EARLY TREATMENT because
they do exist.
• Vaccines and boosters against COVID-19 have shown to be a complete failure. Israel, the
most vaccinated country in the world has a high rate of COVID-19 cases. The CDC has also
admitted that the vaccines do not stop the spread or transmission of COVID-19. So, the push
to get every man, woman and child to get the experimental shot must stop now!
