Apologies for late testimony and for not being able to testify today in person as I'd planned.

This development doesn't fit the needs of residents. Promises for truly affordable workforce housing are minor,
unclear. Though a golf course isn't green space in the full sense of the word, it's also not paved over. Infrastructure
isn't in place to support this huge plan, and the use of water for this large a project is astronomical; and the last thing
our island needs is more short-term visitor space for those who have no connection to our island other than as a party
space.
For these and many more reasons, I ask that you deny this rezoning.
