Enough timeshare we need more affordable housing available to the public and it should have a stipulation that the renters must have been a fulltime resident of Hawaii County for X number of years (maybe 3-5 consecutive years). We need to take care of your longtime kamainas'. Too many wannabes (newbies) moving and invading the rental/housing market. Also what are the 25 single family residential lots? are these million dollar homes? Please clarify Where are they getting 260-520 construction related jobs? We must stipulate that they must hire local within the County. We don't need more flying in from the Mainland or another Island and crowding our already overcrowded and overstressed housing situation not to mention the roads. These are all contributing factors to our accidents, parking, rentals (vehicle or housing), but most of all to the spread of COVID. The more people coming in especially from the Mainland or even the outer islands will travel back and forth to be with family and that increases the chances of more spread of this virus. We need to think local first Sumi Takeishi CDa Comm. ho. Ref. To: t' G Ref, Date 202? 1
