Subject: Waikoloa's Timeshare Project
Dear Council Members,
Please defer this 1164 Timeshare Project! It does not make sense! The Project will tax our overburdened water
infrastructure, cause heavy traffic, and provide too many tourists for available resources, roads &restaurants etc. It
also eliminates 9 holes of a beautiful golf course. What we need is affordable housing, homeless housing and
workforce housing; not Timeshares that many owners are trying to give away due to heavy maintenance fees!
