Subject: Testimony for Bill 120 for ACT75 enforcement for EV charging
I would like to indicate my strong support for Bill 120, requiring owners of large parking structures to install and maintain chargers
for EVs.
As an EV owner myself, I have been very frustrated at the paucity of EV charging stations and the inoperative status of many of those
few that do exist on the West Side of the island.
I believe this bill will bring about better enforcement of existing rules{ACT75}and allow for fines to be levied where there is non-
conformance.
