Aloha County leaders,
I'm John Kelly. My wife, Mary,and I live in Waikoloa and own an EV.To reduce the need to ship fuel her and to improve our planet,
we need to move toward renewable energy. EV's are a great help towards this, and that's why I bought one.
It is sometimes hard to find a working charger,and in some places I see local business owners hogging use of the chargers are the
businesses.To be able to support EV owners,we need to continue building reliable infrastructure so that no one has to worry about
where to charge their vehicle.
Please amend the County code to enforce ACT 75 via Bill 120.
