Subject: support for Bill 120
I am writing to support Bill 120, which allows the County to enforce compliance with the installation and
maintenance of the chargers and the proper usage of the parking stalls.

As an owner of 2 EVs, I have frequently encountered non EV drivers occupying/blocking EV charger parking
spaces. Many large businesses ignore the law requiring them to provide an EV charger for every 100 parking spaces.
Enforcement of compliance would make charging my EV much easier when traveling away from home and help to
reduce range anxiety for EV drivers.
