Subject: Support for Bill 120 and enforcement of ACT 75
I am David smigel electric vehicles and I am writing you to express my support for the enforcement of this bill. It is
very important that charging is available to owners of electric cars to encourage their adoption as that is key to
protecting our environment. Hawaii should be a leader in this field. Chargers should be installed where mandated and
maintained. That should include the County and State buildings where Chargers that were installed years ago have not
been working for months and even years.
