Please add my voice to those others who support this Bill. As an active member of the community promoting
sustainability and resilience and as an owner of an electric vehicle, I believe it is essential for each of us to do what
we can to reduce our carbon footprint. A major source of our carbon footprint on the island is a result of carbon
emissions. A major challenge to our economy on the island is our dependence on fossil fuels. This Bill in essence is
the enforcement of ACT75 - requires owners of large parking structures to install and maintain chargers, allows
enforcement of parking rules (EV parking only for cars that are actively charging), and allows for fines to be levied
where there is non-conformance. I am moving to a condominium which provides no charging facility and requires
me to charge my car over 1 mile away. I will do what I can to continue charging in this fashion but it is clear that in
the long term,this just won't work. Please vote yes for this Bill and help us move one step closer to embracing
electric vehicle transportation for our island
