Aloha,
As an EV driver on Hawaii Island I want to let you know that I support Bill I20. I have an older EV as that's what
my budget would allow, but that means my range is not as great as the newer EVs. For this reason, finding an open
charger is crucial to my being able to drive my vehicle. I've had several occasions on which a car was parked in the
only EV space and was either not charging or was not an EV. This is akin to a gas powered vehicle pulling up to a
gas station on fumes and finding that all the pumps are either out of order or blocked by a semi-truck.
Please help alleviate this situation by passing Bill 120.
