Aloha! I am writing on behalf of Neighborhood Place of Kona.

We are in favor of Bill 111.

Our organization helps families, with children from birth to 18 years of age, avoid and overcome homelessness. This
bill would appropriate funds that are highly needed at this time in our community, lower Adverse Childhood
Experiences and increase the health and well-being of keiki. With federal COVID money ending in September 2022,
the allocation of these funds will assist our community through many valuable and successful programs. We are in
strong support of Bill 111 and ask for your assistance in its passing.
