SUBJECT: Requests Discussion with County Auditor Tyler Benner and Fire Chief Kazuo
Todd regarding the Hawaii Fire Department's Performance Audit from the
Office of the County Auditor - Report No. 2022-02, dated March 21, 2022.
With regard to the recent submission of the Hawaii Fire Department Performance Audit Report
from the Office of the County Auditor, we are requesting fifteen minutes for a presentation by
County Auditor Tyler Benner, and an additional 45 minutes of discussion thereafter with the
County Auditor and Fire Chief Kazuo Todd.
We ask that this discussion take place concurrently with the agenda item placing the Hawaii
Fire Department Performance Audit Report above referenced, on the PRPSC agenda scheduled
for April 1.9, 2022.
