I am in support.

I am concerned every time I hear of another vicious dog attack. Each attack I envisioned (wrongly) a clamping down
on the owners of roaming dangerous dogs in a residential neighborhood. When I walk down my street I must carry
a stick --just in case. And no way can I have a child accompany me, let alone walk a baby in a stroller. It's just too
dangerous, and I think I live on one of the safest streets here.
This has to stop.
