Aloha Council members!
I agree with the effort to sanction owners of aggressive and vicious dogs. I
have personally been threatened by such unruly animals in the back country as
well as city streets of Milo. I also know several victims of these attacks that
resulted in long term and expensive injuries.
It is unfortunate that some individuals train or exacerbate this vicious behavior
precisely as an anti-social 'statement' of sorts. It's time they should pay the
price, not more victims.
