Thanks for bringing this bill to the table, it's much appreciated.
I live in HPP, near 8th and Kaloli. I am an avid bicyclist, and have many neighbors who either ride, or walk our roads
in the area regularly. I have been subject, over the years, to numerous hair-raising chases, where an owner of a dog
does not restrict their animal, and as I ride by the animal enters the roadways and chases me on my bicycle. I have
been lucky enough to not have been bitten; I also know multiple people who have been bitten. This is ridiculous. If
we can't walk or bike in our neighborhoods, then what does the word "community "stand for?

I am in FULL SUPPORT of the revisions to chapter 4 outlined in bill 125. It's time we take back our neighborhoods
from these animals that threaten us in the simple act of walking or riding our streets.
While we're at it, can you please assess the overall barking that occurs in our neighborhoods at the same time?
Especially from places such as Aloha Ilio, a much mis-located dog rescue situated smack dab in the middle of a
residential neighborhood(yes, I am aware of the zoning, which does not make the zoning correct for the area), a place
where not everyone wants to wake up at 5:30am listening to outrageous barking that continues throughout the day.
Why is this allowed?
But, I digress. :-) ,
Again, I am in FULL SUPPORT of BILL 125.
