Subject: Support for dog attack bill

I live in Hawaiian Shores. One house on my block has over ten dogs. Two of my neighbours have been attacked. Both
bites were reported. These dogs attacked and killed one of the victims small dog.
I can't walk my dogs anymore because i am afraid. These dogs get out of their yard very frequently.
I support any measure that will address our neighbourhood safety.
