I would like to request your support of bill # 125, regarding vicious dog attacks in our community. This is becoming
an all to familiar scenario throughout our island communities. Any injury is too many. We have already experienced a
loss of life. There needs to be accountability or this tragic pattern will continue. Hopefully, this will be the beginning
of several steps to address the growing issues surrounding lost, found and abandoned animals. We need to do a better
job with spay 1 neuter programs, education programs for responsible pet ownership and quick response for animal
related calls.
