Subject: SUPPORT BILL 125
As a 31 year resident of Hawaii island, and a responsible pet owner, I have lost count of the number of
people and animals I have personally known who have been chased, bitten, savagely wounded, and
even killed by dangerous and loose dogs.
Most recently was my friend's dog mortally wounded in her yard in Ocean View.
My son has also moved to Ocean View in the last 7 months and I cannot safely walk more than one
block in either direction from his house if I have tje grandchildren or their large dog with me.
Because of this I also feel I cannot walk alone there.
